No returns or refunds on digital merchandise. Please read all information in the listing prior to purchase to ensure the design you are purchasing will work for you size hoops and machine. Please contact us if you have an issue with your design and we will address it. Orders can not be cancelled.  We accept custom design requests, however we do not accept design requests with any profanity or sexual content.
